Dieser Gegenstand verändert sein Aussehen beim Ändern des Stils nicht, solange er unbemalt ist. Die Farbe Mann Co. Orange wurde hier zu Demonstrationszwecken verwendet.

Update-Verlauf

13. August 2009 Patch (Klassenloses Update)

  • Der Schottenzylinder wurde dem Spiel hinzugefügt.

30. September 2010 Patch (Mann-Conomy-Update)

  • Der Hut kann nun angemalt werden.
  • [Undokumentiert] Dieser Hut kann nun in ungewöhnlicher Qualität ausgepackt werden.

2. Dezember 2010 Patch #1

  • Wenn der Hut bemalt wird, wird jetzt nur noch das Band gefärbt, und nicht der ganze Hut (vorher glich es dem Farbschema des Gammeliger Klappzylinders).

14. April 2011 Patch (Hutloses Update)

  • Fügte den neuen Stil "Aufdringlich und Anmaßend" hinzu. Dieser Stil ist der Stil, mit dem der Schottenzylinder vor dem 02. Dezember 2010 Patch angemalt wurde.

15. April 2011 Patch

  • Fügte fehlendes Material hinzu, das ein Problem mit einem Stil des Hutes löst.

Sonstiges

  • "Stove Pipe" Hüte werden meist als Zylinder mit geraden Seiten klassifiziert. Der Hut des Demomans hat gebogene Seiten, was eher zum "Chimney pot" Stil gehört.[1]
