Vaccinator: Since it have four smaller bars of ÜberCharge, it will level up by number of Kill assists like the Strange Kritzkrieg.

Bat Outta Hell: It will level up by number of kills.

Sharp Dresser: Same as above.

Phlogistinator Strangifier: Using this will convert the Phlogistinator to Strange quality.
