Residing in sunny San Diego, California, NuclearFallout has been a dedicated member of the Steam community for a very long time. A purveyor of hats, he has a fair collection of knick-knacks and other items of the sort. With only 100 Hitpoints and inability to respawn, he may seem weak at first, but has a high amount of unarmed skills, including a black belt in Karate.
