You sell many keys on the Mann Co. Store, the main reason for the sell of keys is the chance to get Unusual hats.

My Idea is a new Product on the Mann Co. Store.

Unusual Powder (If the name doesn´t fit, you can change it)

With Unusual Powder and 5 or 6 Refined Metall you can craft an Unusual hat. The result of the Craft is a random unusual Hat with a random unusual effect on it.

You can sell this unusual Powder on the Mann Co. Store for 5 - 10 $.

The Unusual Powder should be tradeable, so that the players who do not want to spend money on the Store can get them too.

I think with the Unusual Powder you can make Profit and many players can get unusual hats without to pay 300 $ on the Steampowered Forum (I heard that someone sold a unusual hat for 2300 $!)
