What kind of items can be restored after deletion?

I have not heard of any cases where items have been restored to players by Steam support after deletion. I can imagine an item such as an Unusual could be restored, but what about achievement items, strange weapons, badges, or hats you can find from crafting? Normal Ellis' Cap

You do not need to say it twice. And its not notable as we don't note glitched items. Also its we have removed trivia regarding "X item has Y quality" Ashes (talk) 19:14, 30 July 2014 (PDT)
