Community Medals are particular cosmetic items awarded in Genuine quality to players who participate in events and contests ran by the community, including donations to associated charity drives.

Medals for community events are often redistributed, and can be obtained each time the events associated with them are held; however, newer distributions of these medals may come with custom paint colors not otherwise obtainable in-game, should the medals support paintability. These custom-painted medals are exclusive to their events, and are not likely to be redistributed. The tables below showcase every medal design, sorted by community group, and in the case of reocurring events, the names each medal has gone by when redistributed, if changed.

Operation Magnetic Mayhem is a Mann vs. Machine charity tour event organized by Moonlight MvM and hosted by Pineapple.TF, which entered open beta on February 4, 2024.

Tour

On February 4, 2024, Operation Magnetic Mayhem went into public beta, which concluded at the end of the month. Unlike previous community campaign betas, only the intermediate missions were included.

The tour features 20 missions, across 18 maps, including the official maps Mannworks, Decoy, and Rottenburg, as well as returning maps from previous community campaigns, and a newly featured map, Flower Field.
