Documentation for Update trans/sandbox

Place {{update trans}} on translated pages that need updating. It will categorize them by language code in Category:Translations needing updating.
Place {{update trans|update note}} to add a note for what needs translating.
Place {{update trans|non-main=yes}} on template pages to make the links work for templates
