May be Strange?

"Haunted items may be in Strange quality."

Based on what everyone seems to be reporting, all the Haunted items from this Cauldron are also Strange, are there any reports on non-Strange Haunted items from them or should the statement about the qualities be reworded? It also seems that the ratio of Strange Haunted to Unique items is consistent, with 1 Strange Haunted and 2 Uniques, should this be included? - Tasty Salamanders (talk) 03:42, 30 October 2014 (PDT)

Equippable?

I got a notification during gameplay that an opponent had this equipped (you know, how it tells you what weapon they are using or accessory they are wearing?) Since I have opened both of mine I can't try equipping one to see if this is possible, can anyone confirm that there may be a bug and this can be equipped as an item in one of the slots?
