Unfortunately since the game was redeemed through a CD key you won't get any promo items for owning it because it is categorized as a retail purchase and not the same game. Item Distribution
I talked to Pkeod (A Subsoap dev who worked on Faerie Solitaire) and he says that they don't know when or how the pin will be distributed. - I assume that you (like me) got the game from the free giveaway on SteamGifts.com. Unfortunately since the game was redeemed through a CD key you won't get any promo items for owning it because it is categorized as a retail purchase and not the same game.
