• The item's appearance is based on the final scene of Template:W, when an X-Ray shows his heart enlarging after he realizes the true meaning of the holiday."
  • Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is the thickening and growth of the heart, a reference to the same scene.
• The term "Smissmas" was used in the November 14th blogpost.
• The lowest amount of money that a player can spend on Secret Saxtons alone (not including any Secret Saxtons gained via trading) to increase the level of this item to it's maximum would be $495 (295€, £370).
