Scream Fortress 2018 era un aggiornamento principale rilasciato il 19 Ottobre del 2018. L'aggiornamento ha aggiunto 2 nuovi insulti, 5 nuove mappe della comunità, 20 nuovi oggetti decorativi, 4 nuovi oggetti della comunità oggetti limitati ad halloween, 10 nuove vernici di guerra, 17 nuovi effetti Insoliti così come una espansione dei contratti di Halloween che potevano essere accessibili al pubblico gratuitamente tramite il ConTracker.
