The Antique Halloween Goodie Cauldron is an action item that was given to players for playing Team Fortress 2 during the Very Scary Halloween Special and Spectral Halloween Special, as well as later Halloween events. It appears in the backpack as a gift-wrapped black cauldron with a stylish orange bow. Players were able to receive only one Cauldron during the first Halloween update they participated in. As of Scream Fortress VI, the item is considered retired and has been replaced by the Halloween Gift Cauldron.
Upon using the item via the backpack interface, the player receives the Seal Mask and a random piece of a Halloween 2011 item set.
