The background is easy to make transparent after you've taken the image itself with a white background, and this can be done with pretty much any "current" photo manipulation program (for example [http://www.gimp.org/ GIMP]). Second, the images themselves are made using HLMV, and TFMV, a tool to easily load items onto the characters, is available here (see "Download & Installation"). The background is easy to make transparent after you've taken the image itself with a white background, and this can be done with pretty much any "current" photo manipulation program (for example GIMP).
