Documentation for Tark/User page
This template, when used on a user page, restricts who is allowed to edit it. Its purpose is to specify a list of users permitted to edit your page for collaboration, although it also functions as a soft protection.
Including yourself in this list is unnecessary. Do note that despite being a soft protection, wiki rules still apply.
Important: This template is enforced by the wiki's software. If used, no one, except moderators, will be able to edit the page.

- If set to "yes," will include "Anyone" as an authorized editor.

- Adds instructions at the bottom. This parameter can be used to convey limitations or provide additional guidance.
