Done	Fix auto re-size of opening div based upon soldier image resolution.
Done	Fix non resolute position of opening text.
Done	Make link bar at the top of the page look better.
Done	Improve color scheme of Wikichievements table (too dark).
Done	Add custom color scheme/styling to item infobox and loadout infobox.
Done	Either change all div lengths to fixes pixel width, or figure out how to float them all with percent widths and spacings without causing the same problem.
Done	Fix left divs appearing under the userbox div for screen resolutions under 1,300 pixels.
Done	Move as many subpage elements as possible to css.
Done	Add final 2-3 divs. (waiting for the non resolute spacing to be fixed)
Done	Mess around with background images.
In progress	Migrate div attributes to CSS.
In progress	Clean up code and make it easier to read.
