Frankly all of Soldier's hats are so damn awesome. I love that they tend to have the warrior theme going on, it make for some real good hats.

Pyro

1st: Brigade Helm (Got it, YAY!) My absolute favorite hat in the game! Maybe it's Pyro's connection with fire and being in fiery areas, or maybe it's just because it looks so cool.

2nd: Old Guadalajara I had it once, but traded it for the brigade helm. This is definitely one of Pyro's cooler hats, on top of being characteristically funny and silly for Pyro's hats. Maybe it's also got something to do with how the Mexicans like to cook things hot and spicy (just like Pyro, hehe).

3rd: Connoisseur's Cap It HAD to happen.

Demoman

1st: Glengarry Bonnet (Got it. Yay!) One of my favorites in the whole game, awesome Scottishness.

2nd: Samur-Eye

3rd: Prince Tavish's Crown

Heavy

1st: Big Chief (Got it. Yay!)

2nd: Large Lucadore

3rd: Magnificent Mongolian

Engineer

1st: Texas Ten Gallon (Got it. Yay!)

2nd: Western Wear

It has a sort of old West steampunk feel that I find awesome.

1st: Blighted Beak (Got it, YAY!)

2nd: Grimm Hatte, If paired with the beak that is(Got it, YAY!)

Things I want to see in game

I have to say, while browsing through Polycount forums and whatnot I was very surprised by the quality of the things being displayed here are a few that stand out to me.

Scout

Mercury's Helm, I actually had this idea myself and it looks like someone else did too. [2]

Winged Shoes [page I just like relatively little things like that.

The Boy Wonder [3] Somehow I love the idea of Scout as Robin.

Soldier:

Civil War Officer's Kepi [4]

Uncle Sam's Stovepipe[5]

Pyro:

Executioner Pyro [6]

Freeze Gun. This one in particular stood out to me. Somehow I love the incongruity of this weapon.[7] [8]

Trojan Helm Another awesome hat for Demoman to cintinue his rivalry with Soldier.

Kilt I'd wear it over Dangeresque Shades anyday. [10] or [11]

Heavy:

Heavy's Budenovka [12]

Minigun replacement: Somehow the ammo box makes this gun [14]

Engineer

The Techwizard, I wouldn't have thought to put this hat on Engie, but with that name it's kind of fitting. Plus Engie needs more awesome hats. [15]

This turban may be pretty good for Sniper or Spy [26]

[27] WAR! reparations? Awesome. I love the cannon idea and I love that medal.

[28] A fitting rival for the Saharan Spy. That scimitar man.

[29] I really like the idea of Spy slitting throats rather than stabbing backs, plus I love the homburg.
