The Poopy Joe Files are several pages from the Senate hearing on the failure of Mann Co. to launch Poopy Joe into space, is is an expanded verson of the pages revealed in the ARG. The new pages reveal that The Administrator and Miss Pauling were also questioned in the hearing, the Administrator apparently revealing the entire purpose of the two teams of mercenaries fighting each other.
