Proof of Normal Quality
Omolong wanted proof that the Spellbook Magazine could be equipped in Normal quality, the quality associated with stock items, and here it is, a screenshot I personally took just today: http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/26220090114234045/19C9CBC414DA430AE70904C42D64B30F12ACF73C/ It doesn't always seem to appear, however. The only time I've been able to get the stock item to show up is on a Halloween map, after it's told me that I don't have the book equipped.
