Scream Fortress 9 released on the October 26 Patch. It introduced that the 17 new Merasmissions were now accessible via the ConTracker. There were 17 new contracts, and completing a contract rewarded the player a keyless crate which holds all Halloween Cosmetics. The update also brought back all previous Scream Fortress maps, and as usual, any Halloween restricted cosmetics were available. The update ended on November 8, 2017.
While most Scream Fortress updates introduce new cosmetics via a case, this one did not. This is likely because the Jungle Inferno Update had released 6 days before this update.
