The Monoculus! is a headwear item wearable by all classes. It is the demon eye of the Demoman that was possessed by the Bombinomicon when he was a wee lad.
This hat is awarded to players who have earned the Optical Diffusion achievement, by contributing to the death of the Monoculus that spawned in Eyeaduct. It was available during the Halloween events only.
This hat can only be worn around Halloween or a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the headgear loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the hat.

- Like previous Halloween hats, The Monoculus! does not have a randomly selected level; its level is always 31 because Halloween is October 31st.
