This annually-expanding page documents the Team Fortress 2 item timeline.
From guns to gloves, flanks to fish, hits to hats, not every item players enjoy today was shipped with the original Team Fortress 2 release. Most of the equippable items were released within major updates or content releases throughout the history of the game.
