画皮（Facepeeler）是一件社区制作的间谍专用饰品。该物品看起来像是一张被刨下的人脸，它钉在间谍的脸上并粗糙地伸展着，而这张“脸”的下方似乎并没有皮肤。
玩家可在任何时候将该物品装备到装备栏中，并在配置界面中进行预览；但装备后该物品只在万圣节或满月之夜期间才会生效，在其它时候，除非服务器启用了万圣节模式，否则物品将不会在实际游戏中显示。
