万圣节魔咒：幽灵火焰（Spectral Flame）是一种工具类物品。When applied to any of the Pyro's primary weapons, the flames produced will be a mixture of red and green. Players ignited by the flamethrower will also be surrounded by green flames. When used on the Phlogistinator, the usual "wave of energy" effect is replaced with normally shaped green flames.

• When applied to the Phlogistinator or the Rainblower, the unique particle effect for flames emitting from the weapon is replaced with normal flames.
• The backpack icon incorrectly uses the coloring overlay intended for paint cans.
• Spectral Flames do not affect gibs when cl_burninggibs 1 is enabled.
• This item cannot be applied to Stock weapons.
• The flames will follow an enemy Spy for a short time if he activates the Dead Ringer while on fire with Spectral Flames.
