- Fixed building bone merge cache from dormant entities. Fixes weapons in SourceTV attached to wrong bones
- Pass over spectator UI and scoreboard in SourceTV mode, disabled/changed some VGUI elements
- ALT will switch to Auto-Director mode in SourceTV
