The character animations for NPCs are atrocious, the first few levels are extremely dull with a few exceptions, Duke doesn't talk as much as I wish he would, it's a bit on the easy side, and a few more problems I could list but won't. But the gameplay is fun, level design after the Titty City sequence is genius, and the game's just a great time from start to finish despite dull levels at the start. The multiplayer is also really old-school and frantic when it doesn't lag alot. That and the final boss is actually a meaty challenge.
