Use
When crafted with 4 Refined Metal a random Halloween hat is created. These include: The Horrific Headsplitter, the Spine-Chilling Skull, the Voodoo Juju and the Cadaver's Cranium.
In addition, crafting together 2 Refined Metal + 1 Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap + 1 Scotsman Skullcutter will produce one Unusual Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker, which functions exactly as the Eyelander does but with a new skin.
