: Fairly obvious yes, However it was most likely intentional to not make the counter go up. As a crate isn't really a "gift" if you think about it. As most people would trash it. I got a pallet of crates when opening a brown cooler (#68) a few weeks ago (ping me for link - the spam filter stopped my tumblr link).  maybe all crates since #58 or possibly even any unboxing can generate one.  hard to tell without some data from servers looking at crate destruction/item creation [[User:Buddhapest|Buddhapest]] ([[User talk:Buddhapest|talk]]) 18:55, 23 September 2013 (PDT)

Gifts?

Does anyone know if this adds to the count on your Spirit of Giving? Redjarman 17:06, 17 May 2013 (PDT)

not yet. Need someone to test it. Ashes 17:07, 17 May 2013 (PDT)
lol ok now I just tested it, and no it does not raise the count at all. Even though there is a pop up saying you gave a bunch of gifts. Redjarman 17:17, 17 May 2013 (PDT)

Quality of crates

Is it possible to add the quality of the crates gifted with this item? Since not only can gift normal and robocrates, but also Salvaged Crates as well. NombreGenerico89 04:58, 18 May 2013 (PDT)

RoboCrates Given

It seems that the Pallet doesn't always give both a normal Crate and a RoboCrate. One to three people seem to just get one regular crate. Can someone clarify this?

Also, I'm guessing that after June 3rd when RoboCrates become a rare drop, that Pallets will no longer give out RoboCrates. Mad Mod 13:00, 18 May 2013 (PDT)

I can't answer your question about the normal crate/RoboCrate combination, but as for RoboCrates not getting dropped from Pallets anymore... not exactly. I have a RoboCrate in my inventory that was dropped from a Pallet after the June 3rd deadline. List as Bug?

Since it's fairly obvious that even if you use this, the "Spirit of Giving" counter will not go up, even though it's considered a gift. Should this be included as a bug? Retrosaur 12:13, 26 May 2013 (PDT)
