==Regarding 100% Crit chance==

It's not true; the weapon is just based on the Kritz. That's why the backpack icon shows the kritzkrieg. Pretty basic, here, read the patch notes guys. [[User:Yyler|yyler]] ([[User_talk:Yyler|talk]]) 05:09, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

==Bugs?==

There are some bugs I'd like to point out that aren't already on the page~

Although the description of the weapon says "Move at the speed of any faster heal target." this is infact not true, if you heal a demoman who was 5 heads (or whichever amount it needs to be before he is faster the a medic) He will not move as fast as the demoman, but instead move at regular, medic speed.

Anothe bug is if you are in the respawn area, and you are currently healing a Scout, if that scout changes class and you are still healing him, the medic will still have the Scouts speed.

Another bug is that you do not move as fast as a medic healing a scout...if that makes sense?

Although the speed problem with the demoman, I don't know if it effects with the buffalo steak sandvich or the Poly Count set Pyro --[[User:LightDasher|LightDasher]] 22:49, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

== How Should I play with this? ==

I was using this on orange and I couldn't come up with any good strategies that I use with any other medigun. Anyone want to braingstorm some type of strategy to play as a Quick-Fix medic?

:I don't think strategy will be added before it gets released, since the weapon's stats may change. {{n}}[[File:Awesome.png|18px|sub]] [[User:Ohyeahcrucz|<span style="text-shadow:blue 0px 0px 1px;font-size:13px;font-family:comic sans MS"><font color="blue">Ohyeahcrucz]]</font></span>  <span style="font-size:10px;font-weight:bold;"><nowiki>[</nowiki>[[User_talk:Ohyeahcrucz|T]]<nowiki>][</nowiki>[[Special:Contributions/Ohyeahcrucz|C]]<nowiki>]</nowiki></span> 03:45, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

has the tooltip "not building". Can somebody clarify that? --[[User:CruelCow|CruelCow]] {{sta}} ([[User_talk:CruelCow|talk]]) 05:15, 26 June 2011 (PDT)

:Not sure. Does the QF build Uber slower once the Medic's heal target is at 100% health? On the normal Medi Gun and Kritzkrieg tables, the lower rate is for when their heal target is at 142.5% health or higher, but since the QF can't overheal, that obviously doesn't apply. '''[[User:TheChrisD|<font color="green" face="Verdana">TheChrisD</font>]]''' [[User_talk:TheChrisD|<font color="lime">Rants</font>]]•[[Special:Contributions/TheChrisD|<font color="lime">Edits</font>]] 08:15, 26 June 2011 (PDT)

:As far as I've noticed, QF does charge at the setup time speed all the time. So it apparently would count into the overheal perimeters.

I'm still confused about the table. It looks almost identical to the Kritzkrieg but it's supposed to charge faster.

Also I have sometimes run into a bug where quick-fix doesn't charge as fast as it's supposed to. Respawning usually fixes this. [[User:GOLDENTRIANGLES|GOLDENTRIANGLES]] 16:25, 3 September 2011 (PDT)GOLDENTRIANGLES

As far as I can tell, it charges at the same rate as the kritz BUT ONLY when a target is not fully healed. After the target reaches max buff the kritz's charge rate slows down abit, while the quick fix charges at a constant rate all the time. Self damage or during setup does NOT increase the quick-fix's charge. HOWEVER being healed by another medic/cart/dispenser will SLOW the charge rate down. [[User:GOLDENTRIANGLES|GOLDENTRIANGLES]] 21:35, 15 November 2011 (PST)

== Quick-Fix Ubercharge decrease rate ==

I fixed an error regarding the Quick-Fix: The Ubercharge DOES decrease faster between more people being Ubercharged with the Quick-Fix, like the Medigun and Kritzkrieg. [[User:Odin(Reborn)|Odin(Reborn)]] 09:24, 31 July 2011 (PDT)

I think this is a bug, not sure if it's supposed to drain faster. [[User:GOLDENTRIANGLES|GOLDENTRIANGLES]] 16:15, 3 September 2011 (PDT)GOLDENTRIANGLES

If more than one Medic is healing the target, each Medic's build time is divided by a factor of the number of Medics healing that target. [2] = http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=11342109&postcount=1530

Does the Medic match the Demoman's speed if he's chraging with the Chargin' Targe or Splendid Sheild? --[[User:ScoutKast|ScoutKast]] 18:11, 11 August 2011 (PDT)

:idk.  But that's an interesting point.  Test it out.

==Divide by Medics Question and +1hp overheal==

"If more than one Medic is healing the target, each Medic's build time is divided by a factor of the number of Medics healing that target.<nowiki>[2]</nowiki>" This needs a new steampowered source link, atm it says invalid post that is kinda sad... i can't read the explanation...

Also it is listed as a bug that the Medic overheals by 1Hp, isn't that just for the medic to be safe from a full bodyshot, i thought that valve made it that way, if i'm wrong never mind that but tell me :) . [[User:TheDoctor|TheDoctor(without a small pic)]] 18:01, 27 August 2011 (PDT)

== Possible Trivia? ==

Interesting tidbit I discovered.

As we all know, the Quick-fix currently heals people faster than any of the other medi guns.

However the "diameter" of the hose that's attached to the backpack is more constricted than the normal gun or Kritz.

I didn't want to just put it on the trivia section, so I thought this would be a good place until I got some feed back. [[User:GOLDENTRIANGLES|GOLDENTRIANGLES]] 21:27, 15 November 2011 (PST)

There appears to be a white smudge on the glass barrel. The Dutch page says this might be bird droppings, which is consistent with the Meet the Medic video. The Dutch page has this fact in the visual description. But it goes in the trivia just as well, I guess. [[User:K-Raider NL|K-Raider NL]] 00:52, 29 June 2012 (PDT)

== Quick Fix is not Beta anymore ==

the article is out-dated since it says that the Quick Fix is a Beta weapon. It WAS on the beta but it has been moved to the main game, there still is a Beta Quickfix, but the description here is misleading. [[User:Shingo|Shingo]] 00:08, 21 November 2011 (PST)

== Healing an overdose medic ==

Just wondering- would healing an overdose wielding medic grant the speed increase? I'm guessing no for the same reason it doesn't count gas jockey pyros.[[User:Studoku|Studoku]] 15:31, 6 December 2011 (PST)

== Strategy tip on the page ==

Somebody put this below the healing table:

With the Quick-Fix's ÜberCharge, a group of players can be kept healed due to the increased heal rate, allowing for more concentrated firepower than a single invulnerability charge can, at the cost of still being vulnerable to kills based on a high enough damage.

Since it is a strategy, and not a weapon attribute, I removed it. [[User:K-Raider NL|K-Raider NL]] 05:51, 28 June 2012 (PDT)

== Mimic blast jump ==

I updated the description with what I term the 'companion jump'. We need to update the demonstration as well, and researh it's mechanics. Until then, this description should do. I tested it with a soldier for a bit. Medic goed a bit higher, maybe because the slodier is heavier. About the jump: The medic just flies. He can just stand on the ground and heal the patiënts, that's all. Also, it is FREAKING AWESOME. [[User:K-Raider NL|K-Raider NL]] 11:57, 28 June 2012 (PDT)
