Twitch est un service de streaming vidéo exploité par Twitch Interactive, une filiale d'Amazon.com, Inc. La plus-part des tournois ou evenements promus par Valve dans la section "Actualitées" du Blog officiel de TF2 son diffusé sur la plateforme.
Le boutton "Live Streams" sur le Menu Principale ouvre une page sur sur le navigateur par défaut de l'utilisateur vers la page Team Fortress 2 de Twitch.

Une capture d'écran de la vielle fenêtre montrant de différents Live Streams. Avant le Patch du 21 août 2020, cette fenêtre montrait les 5 utilisateurs Twitch en train de jouer à Team Fortress 2 avec le plus de téléspectateurs.
