The 119th Update было крупное обновление, выпущенное в Обновлении от 29 апреля 2010. Обновление было выпущено, чтобы отпраздновать знаменитый этап; Выпуск 119ого обновления игры Team Fortress 2. На страничке обновления можно найти 2 спрятанные странички, и к тому же перепись всех 119 обновлений в хронологическом порядке.

Чтобы хорошо отметить праздник, три медали были выпущены:
