Reverting images
Please refrain from reverting images if you notice that the latest version is the same as the oldest version. That's a good way to tell that the image in question is suffering from bad server cache. This is a portion of the notice which appears on all image pages, and I suggest you read the full notice, but this part is the most important one:
IMPORTANT: Thumbnails may not be displayed correctly.
Due to problems with the server-side caching system, new versions of images will not be displayed for up to several days.

Item icons
Those icons you're uploading look neat, but note that they should be 512x384 in size, not 512x512.
