Welcome!

Good morning/afternoon/evening (delete as applicable) fellow Wikian! I see that you are relatively new here so you might have some issues, concerns or questions about this grand base of TF2 knowledge. If so, please do not hesitate to contact me with your issues.

What brought me here is that unfortunately I had to undo one of your edits. On the Team Fortress 2 Wiki, we have a coordinated set of rules called the style guide which defines what we should and shouldn't do. Consider it a holy book for editors. Of course, if the style guide can't answer your question, we have a whole hub of help that could answer your question. One very strict rule is that observation/speculation is not allowed.

If you find that none of that answered your question, please do not hesitate to swing by the IRC and ask one of many editors, moderators, even administrators. One of us will have an answer for any of your Wiki editing needs. Besides that, it's an open community of like-minded players - a place to socialise and meet new TF friends - perhaps you could even drop in at the Official TF2 Wiki Server!

With such strict guidelines and speedy editors, you might be struggling to edit, replace or improve. However, we have just the remedy for this problem! Let me introduce the tasks list! It's just the place to go to find what you want to do - be it editing, improving standards, expanding stubs, heightening picture qualities, anything. Of course, if you feel that you're up to the challenge of patrolling edits, please head to the recent changes page where you can keep up-to-date with new edits and, thus, revert any vandals or nonsense edits/images.

And that will be all from me! However, should you wish to talk to an actual moderator, their names are in green and thus are easier to find. You can also contact them via the IRC on the channel #tfwikistaff.

Thank you for helping the Wiki to grow, and we hope to see great things from you! User Wingless Winged Signature.png 17:47, 15 August 2012 (PDT)

RE: The Undo.

Here you go. Also, please make sure you sign your comments with 4 "~"s. User Wingless Winged Signature.png 18:06, 15 August 2012 (PDT)

Show Preview

Pictogram info.png Please make use of the Show preview button. It gives you a preview of the edit you are making, allowing you to perfect your changes before you save the page. You can edit the whole article by clicking the edit button at the top of the page, which is preferable to editing multiple sections consecutively. Again, please use the "Show preview" button. It's the second times (on the same article) that you use edit sections instead of the Edit button on the top of the page. If you have the problem with editing on the page. You can use text editor to help the editing like Notepad, Wordpad. I hope you will not make anyone to tell you about this for the third time (Also, no need to talk at my talk page, it's your problem, it can talk in your page) User Hinaomi Hinaomi-sig.png Rikka Takanashi (talk) • (contributions) 01:46, 3 February 2015 (PST)
Isn't the preview tab technically the same thing? Or am I supposed to use that button like a time stamp? { <3 SpriteFan3 © } (talk) 02:19, 3 February 2015 (PST)
It's the same, but for better propose, Use Show Preview is better. (since it'll reload the page and have the better option near it when you need to compare the changes) And I told you to not talk on my talk page because it's your editing problem, it's easier to talk on your own page as single subject rather than switch between the page to read the whole part. About your discussion

Pictogram info.png Please take care when posting on talk pages not to revive discussions that finished years ago. If you think these topics should be brought up again, please start a new section. Thank you. -- User Hinaomi Hinaomi-sig.png Rikka Takanashi (talk) • (contributions) 22:33, 10 March 2015 (PDT)

I see. I'll note that. And while we're on the topic of the discussion, as you titled, do you have any idea what makes these TF2 screenshots and images crop out so perfectly, if it isn't photoshop? { <3 SpriteFan3 © } (talk) 02:41, 11 March 2015 (PDT)
