I suspected it was the new code, however I do actually need to see the part of the code itself. I believe you fully but when I mean source, I do need an image of it.

Here you are: When a Scout dies, the code rolls a random number between 1 and 100. If the result is less than or equal to 5, then a dove is spawned. Therefore there is a 5% chance.
