Hello. I see that this parameter was deleted. Why? Corresponding template (Template:Dictionary/common strings/patch-date-fmt) was also deleted. Russian wiki needs it :) --askarmuk, C? 11:37, 11 April 2012 (PDT)

Move?!

What about moving this template to Template:Patch ? It's shorter, and... well... patch name makes patch link, not just name :D And a lot of space will be saved (but a lot of job for bot to replace all "patch name" to "patch"). But still, how do you think? Limie Pie Painted Sign of the Wolf's School 32CD32.png 01:52, 14 May 2012 (PDT)

Add option for patch number

When multiple patches occur in the same day, we indicate in the update histories in what patch the change(s) occurred. Different languages abbreviate "number" differently; Spanish uses "n.º", Portuguese uses "nº", and English uses simply "#". However, I see most translations keep "#", even though they either don't use it or have their own (I don't remember what Japanese uses, but I know it's not #). I think we could add the option to indicate the patch number through this template so it's automatically translated (something like {{Patch name|7|7|2016|#=1}}). - BrazilianNut (talk) 20:39, 11 August 2023 (UTC)
