New items

As a new user, I am still learning how to do certain things. However, the Bolgan from Kings of Amalur: Reckoning needs to be added to the Demoman section and the Warsworn Helmet and Bolgan Crest both need adding to the all class section. Genuine Stove Pipe?

Scout/Medic/Sniper NECA items

So according to this page (and the promotional items page) there are supposed to be Genuine items obtained for Scout, Medic, and Sniper for redeeming codes obtained with the NECA Action Figures, however as far I can tell none of these items actually exist.

Additionally, there appears to be some confusion regarding the release dates for the Genuine Brigade Helm and Glengarry Bonnet; this page claims they were patched on January 25, 2013, while the promotional item page lists their release dates as February 1, 2013, the pages for the patches themselves appear to indicate the February date as being correct.
