I saw some guy on a server wearing one, and he had the Genteel Smoke effect. I can't tell if it was from another item, but it really seemed not. I guess there's a way to check in the items_game.txt if it has smoke, so if yes, expect a page update.

The item schema does have this:

So I guess that is a yes. I'll try add to the page, but in case not, please someone add it somewhere on the summary, thank.

Oh, apparently there was already a mention of the effect, but the "lit" seemed like it was a self-ilumination link to me. I suggest rewording the summary to actually say the effect in some way, like other cosmetic pages.
