- Synced with recent changes from Team Fortress 2
- Converted game storage system to SteamPipe[1]
- Revealed 2 Mysterious Promo bundles as Blue Demoman Action Figure Promo and Blue Pyro Action Figure Promo

- Delete 4GB of duplicate content. Whoops!
- "addons" directory renamed to "custom", to avoid conflicts with the dedicated server's "addons" directory
- Add VPK tool executable
- OSX: Fix missing client and server binaries causing game to not boot.

- Linux: Fix case sensitivity filename problem causing localization files to not load
