The Voodoo Vizier is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a black stovepipe with a paintable, team-colored band. It also gives the Spy a skull-shaped mask covers his face, leaving his jaw exposed. The glowing, white eyes from the skull's sockets follow the players' point of view; the eyes are also paintable as well.
