A misc item available in the Halloween 2012 TF2 event. It replaces the medic's usual skin with dull green skin, and replaces lines with many including the use of brains. This item can only be used during Halloween/Full Moon, or any server that has the plugin for it. The skin can still be seen in the loadout screen, whether it is Halloween/Full Moon or not.
