About my Wiki project

Hey there. I saw your comment on Moussekatee's talk page, and I'm happy that you're interested in it. Right now I'm just looking for friendly advice, but if I can get somebody to do some of the more monotonous stuff like copying templates, it will allow me to write up more definitions and get the Wiki out of psuedo-alpha.

I do know what you do on the Wiki, and I'm not sure if I need to do any under-the-hood black magic yet. My main goal with the project is making a wiki that's easy to learn yet full of useful information - something that only a few wikis have done.

How do you want to approach this? I'll have to make a to-do list or at the very least a style guide. But talk to me as soon as you can of course.

Thanks,

Samuel Enthers 20:40, 7 January 2015 (PST)

Well you shouldn't need to _copy_ templates, that sorta defeats the purpose. You shouldn't need to make a style guide, I can make it with you. Unless you have some specific ideas. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 21:24, 7 January 2015 (PST)
Well not copy the source code into the page; it's just that all of my star templates are very similar to each other due to the way parameters in templates work. I can't get parameters to hide data - just replace them with text or with other templates, which would either create a template soup or a hard-to-use system of manually adding in stars and spans. Not worth that.
So I just copy and paste the source code from another star template, modify it to suit the definition, and then put in as a new template. Not efficient, but the alternatives are so poor that this is my current solution.
I'll have to make a style guide eventually. I'll consider it when I get a few more definitions in order. And then I'll need to write how to use the Wiki and what it all means. When do I start that? Maybe when I have three definitions.
Also I'm seriously struggling with the concept of Wiki main page design and organisation. I'll cross those bridges when I get to them.
I just don't know when I'm ready to accept new users to edit the page. I need at least eight definitions and one game page for that to happen. Then I'll be comfortable.
--Samuel Enthers 22:09, 7 January 2015 (PST)
I've made a simpler template on my sandbox, which can be used for all definitions, if you want.
I'll let you get to 4-5 definitions before I try to contribute there. I'm not sure if I'm the right person for it anyways, although I do have speedrunning and competitive gaming perspectives.
Wikia is very fluid with main pages; you'd do fine to have a list of popular games/common themes or some of the more interesting results/facts. This would not need any particular organization, just a simple list or sub-sectioned list.
Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 23:05, 7 January 2015 (PST)
I have it. I'll let you know what I think tomorrow, due to it being so late right now.
Also, sorry for calling you Davik. That was a mistake.
--Samuel Enthers 23:45, 7 January 2015 (PST)
Do you actually know someone named Davik, or are you just obscenely tired? Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 00:14, 8 January 2015 (PST)
The latter.
The amount of joy I had upon seeing the template be exactly as I wanted it to is marred by the amount of time it took for me to express it. It's clean and it's simple, and also easy to document. I'll start the implementation of it now, and delete the old ones. I think I'll update the documentation to include an author tag for situations like this. Incidentally, this saves on categorising.
Designers and hardcore gamers are actually part of the audience that I want to attract - like TV Tropes. So if you know about the innate workings of video games, then you should be able to contribute to pretty much every game you've played.
Thanks for this. It will be much more useful to the site members!

Festive weapon ru

Hi, I do not understand why you broke Festive_weapons/ru article? :D Festive Scattergun usual and easy variant than Festive item. Why these changes? ru: Праздничная {{item name|{}}} u cant make one template for all festive weapons because of the features Russian syntax: "Праздничная бита" but "Праздничный ракетомет". Will be errors for example: "Праздничная ракетомет" RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 02:01, 21 January 2015 (PST)

The dictionary had around 30 different entries reading almost exactly the same. This change is trying to consolidate those strings, so that every time a new festive weapon is added, it doesn't need its own string. If there's a pluralization concern (which seems to be what you're saying), it would be very easy to add an additional plural parameter. I.e:
Festive item -> Праздничная Обрез
Festive item -> Праздничный Обрез
Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 05:18, 21 January 2015 (PST)
Праздничное Банкате, Праздничное Вдохновляющее знамя, Праздничные Горящие Рукавицы Ускорения, Поддай праздничного леща... -_- Festive Scattergun was better, Festive item very uncomfortable for russian. Easier to use regular links (Праздничный обрез or Праздничный обрез than this fiddly syntax:( (ps in russian localized files all festive variants of stock weapons written in lower case: Праздничный обрез, Праздничный ракетомет, Праздничный гранатомет, Праздничный нож... oh :D) RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 05:46, 21 January 2015 (PST)
As you point out, stock being lowercase isn't the biggest problem. So there are 4 or 5 different suffixes? Could you explain generally what would require the use of any given one? Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 05:55, 21 January 2015 (PST)
Mmm maybe will be easier to read it here I'm bad teacher :D For example, Festive:
Masculine Feminine Neuter Plural
Nominative Case Праздничный Праздничная Праздничное Праздничные
And only Festive Holy Mackerel with -ого "Поддай праздничного леща".
ПраздничнЫЙ ПраздничнАЯ ПраздничнОЕ ПраздничнЫЕ
Weapons Minigun, Rocket Launcher, Flame Thrower, Scattergun, Stickybomb Launcher, Wrench, Knife, Axtinguisher, Sandvich, Frontier Justice, Huntsman, Ambassador, Grenade Launcher, Crusader's Crossbow, Sapper, Eyelander, Black Box, Wrangler, Shotgun, Revolver, Chargin' Targe, Bonk! Atomic Punch, Backburner, SMG Medi Gun, Sniper Rifle, Bat, Ubersaw, Force-A-Nature, Flare Gun, Bonesaw Buff Banner, Jarate Gloves of Running Urgently
RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 06:42, 21 January 2015 (PST)
Hm. The main problem I se is that all the languages are going to have rules for this, so it would bloat the template significantly. I guess the simplest method is to just have the dictionary strings :/
While we're on the subject, are the australium pages fine? Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 07:39, 21 January 2015 (PST)
Hi What's new with festive? How will we fix errors "Праздничная Обрез"? p.s. australium pages have no problems. RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 07:16, 25 January 2015 (PST)
Just revert the changes I've made. Tell me if there are any other problems-- Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 07:27, 25 January 2015 (PST)

Limited tag ru

Hello :D It's me again. Сan u help fix incorrect display of Limited tag on item pages? Tux/ru should look like: "Талисман ограниченной серии 1-го уровня" (Item type - Limited tag - Level). p.s Limited always translated as "ограниченной серии". RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 13:02, 27 January 2015 (PST)

Is gud? Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 13:11, 27 January 2015 (PST)
wrong "Талисман 1-100–го уровняограниченной серии". It should be "Талисман ограниченной серии 1-го уровня". Tag should be placed after "type" and before "level" ("Hat" -> "Limited" -> "1-100 lvl"). screenshot From Russia with Problems :D RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 13:25, 27 January 2015 (PST)
In every other language, the words "Level 1-100" and "Hat" are together. Therefore, you have to deal with this as russians separately--simply replace the
| level = Талисман 1-100–го уровня
with
| level = Талисман ограниченной серии 1-100–го уровня
Be sure to set the limited flag, that makes it yellow.

Never used companies.

Hi, Darkid, I've been off for a few months, big project on another wiki, but back now. I just saw that you changed the extension of two images on Template:List_of_companies. No problem with that. However, that reminds me of the question of whether the never used companies should be removed from the list. Months back, I could not find Co Op, Farmers Elevator, Farmers Feed & Seed Co., Ferguson System, Holdingford Mill, or Superior Feeds on any Valve released map. I presume the OP did use them in maps we help develop, but they did not make it to the release. Obviously, each of these was directly taken from real signs, all of which still exist, and some are still active trademarks, which is probably why they are not used. (Unless they have been used in a recently released map.) Do you think they should stay in the list? Mikado282 (talk) 18:29, 26 February 2015 (PST)

The point of the list is to source images found in game. If the companies logos are no longer in use, they should be removed. I've cleaned up the organization on that list, so anything which is Unknown, Unknown should either be referenced, or checked and removed. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 19:10, 26 February 2015 (PST)
found in game includes videos and comics or not? You deleted some media only signs but not others.
Not so much "no longer used" but "never used".
 • item link|Sandman was parenthetically under "Company (and/or Products)" because it is a product not a company, so you moved it to Properties (Signage)? Sandman is neither property or signage.
 • While back I put Foundry in parenthesis because there is no Blue Corn Co. property on Foundry. Please see Template talk:List of companies#Changes to first and second columns; the point being, the actually "front company" property is on Granary, but signage only appears on other maps. Perhaps the convention so be noted on the article in stead of just in the Talk; at least change the heading "...(Signage) to (Signage only)? (See recent edit to Template)
 • Edible Wood Pulp is the product
 • Crummy's Burgers, et. al., again, some companies clearly have major properties on specific maps, I think some wanted to indicate the distinction on past format for the table, I tried to clean it up with the column changes. Some seem to have connection to Storyline. Some just have signage. The convention I tried to set up is parentheses indicate signage only. Similarly, there is no property for Driller, etc.
 • /(molecule in green leaf): Logo/ is incorrect, /molecule in green leaf logo/ was intended, maybe /"molecule in green leaf" logo/ is better.
 • (Teleporters) is a product not a company
Mikado282 (talk) 20:57, 26 February 2015 (PST)
With regards to the Teleporter / Sandman, I was picturing column 2 would be Appearance(s) in game, or something similar. That could include comics, or not, either is fine -- as long as it's clear.
I wasn't trying to clean out/change anything, just remove the seemingly arbitrary parenthesis. If you want something complex in the columns, document it in the template, change the header, or just put a Note: somewhere on the page.
Whoops, I see that I didn't understand the green leaf logo. #3 reads much better.
Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 21:15, 26 February 2015 (PST)
OK, I have some more time (for a couple hours). Consider the format before June 2013 and the changes I discussed about that time. The original intention of the Properties column seemed be to list maps where the given company possessed buildings; perhaps was back in the day, editors were trying to see a pattern in the front-companies. Maybe the original intent was to not list maps where it was clear that the given sign did not mark the property (See "Some companies have no properties, but appear on advertisement posters in-game or in promotional materials."). However, the list of "companies" naturally expanded to include companies have no in-game properties and some with no in-game signs (and some non-companies, to boot).
 • It was the Sandman and the Teleporter (among others) that at the time I saw as misplaced (to my eyes) under Properties. I think I can see your point in so much as "Telemax" indeed appears in-game on the teleporters; and "Ball Fortress" does appear in-game on the Sandman's ball.
 • I could possibly consider the change of the Properties column to Appearances, there may be a point to doing that, given that there are now products (or brands actually) that appear more prominently in out-game media, but that could change the original intent of the column, if not the article. There is still the problem that most signs in the game maps are not identifying locations of properties, front or otherwise. I would rather have the column list all of the maps where the signs actually mark properties, but only list one or two maps where the same sign is "just and advertisement handing on a wall".
 • Whether we make changes or not, I propose to add usage instructions for the template (yes, documentation on template usage in this wiki is notoriously absent.)
 • If you don't mind, I would move the "products" back under the Company/Product column, but perhaps switch from parentheses to square brackets.
Mikado282 (talk) 17:16, 7 March 2015 (PST)
All sounds good. For future reference, I encourage you to not worry too much about original intent, especially when dealing with extremely outdated templates. If the template can be repurposed, it's quite worthwhile. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 18:10, 7 March 2015 (PST)
For future reference, extremely outdated templates is 20 months? ... oh, you meant the source article? OK, much of the larger notable articles of the wiki are old enough to be extremely dated?  ;) True, given my extremely limited time for this, I like to focus on fixing errors in older articles. OTOH, it takes a lot longer fix than get right the first time.
IMO, [c]hanging the use of a list is no justification for not documenting the change of use; of course, I have been occasionally been accused of being pedantic. Mikado282 (talk) 18:46, 7 March 2015 (PST)
I have been wanting to add more about the divisions of TFI to that article. Clearly it would speculation at best to claim every company with a sign is part of TFI, but every point with a spawn is a candidate. Every point defended in the Robot Wars, is Mann Co. So, if Properties is changed to Appearances, then those companies that are properties actually fought over on maps (buildings containing spawns or defended capture points) could be listed as Properties of TF Industries, Mann Co., RED, or BLU, depending on game mode, with links to anchors added to the entries in List of companies. Much of the unmaintained lists under "Known sub-fronts ... include" were really speculation all along, IMO. But others like BLU Freight/Redstone Cargo and Blue Steel/Red Iron, Blue Corn/Red Bread, Red Shed/Blue Streak, Imperial/Regal, etc. are "real" properties, at least some following some role in Storyline or "cannon (?)" Then there is the likes of Jenkin Coal Co., which the Mann brothers are just fighting around, not for. (Ah man, a weekend at home sometime soon ..) Mikado282 (talk) 21:06, 15 March 2015 (PDT)

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────I don't have any large stock in the future of this page, nor does it seem like a high-traffic page, so you can probably adapt it to your purpose. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 05:00, 16 March 2015 (PDT)

C.M5000 Projectile thingy

Hi Darkid! At the risk of sounding stupid, what program do you need to make a 3D revolving model of a weapon/projectile? In this case, it would be the projectile for the righteous bison and the cow mangler 5000. I'm quite sure the answer is somewhere on this wiki, so I'm am now increasingly paranoid that I would be yelled at for asking a stupid question, but whatever.Paintedwalls (talk) 21:02, 26 February 2015 (PST)

Pushed this to the bottom to keep my talk page organized.
I compile images with HLMV, but I couldn't find the model files for the Grordbort projectiles. Someone mentioned something about textures, but I'd ask on the IRC since someone there might know. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 21:15, 26 February 2015 (PST)
Sorry for bothering you, but in the meantime, why don't we just put in the 2d picture of the projectile like the projectile images? I tried looking for the model too, but all I found was this team colored lighting that is seen on the CM5000 when charging up. Paintedwalls (talk) 06:11, 27 February 2015 (PST)
I'd upload anything, I literally cannot find the file. If you can point me at it, I'll take as many pictures as you want. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 06:20, 27 February 2015 (PST)

Hello!
I noticed you added "ru images" in Template:Content updates, yah... good for russian and english. see all other languages:cs, da, de, es, fi, fr, hu, it, ja, ko, nl, no, pl, pt, pt-br, ro, sv, tr, zh-hans and zh-hant.
Something wrong compared to en and ru? Well, you can fix this later?

Template title

Hi. I have a question. I added true Ru translation in template, and I think other translations also not correct. Maybe we should remove and from title? I think English text is better than wrong translation. RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 04:36, 4 March 2015 (PST)

Yes, I'm sure a lot of other languages order adjectives and nouns differently. I would leave in the template, because a wrong translation is comprehensible to more people than an english one. If you like, I can find out which languages switch the ordering, and code that in. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 04:42, 4 March 2015 (PST)
PLEASE DO NOT RE-EDIT YOUR TALK PAGE COMMENTS. Edit conflicts here are extremely annoying, since it's hard to remember exactly what I was going to say. Unless the meaning of your message is going to be misinterpreted, simply let the "errors" stand.

hi again) I will not create new topic because it is about templates, too. Сould you please check these changes? This fixes missing tags (classic/xbox/beta) on localized pages: click (for xbox patches need add "game = xbox" in patch infobox). Can you check for errors pls or fix that bug? RADISTKillicon conscientious objector.png 06:26, 8 March 2015 (PDT)

Switch statements are cleaner for that. Otherwise, looks fine. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 08:51, 8 March 2015 (PDT)

3D Soldier Images

Hey, I noticed you re-made the soldier images because Valve removed the Marketing Poses. Right now, I think the new poses are quite strange. Someone uploaded ([1]) a Marketing Poses pack for SFM, I suppose you can get to work somehow on HLMV/TF2. I don't use SFM, but I guess it uses .mdl files for animations too. The Scream Fortress 2013 update added the taunts from Love and War, and the guy who made the video of the unreleased taunts (back on that time) uploaded the animation files, I just don't know if they removed the Marketing Poses in this update. User Gabrielwoj Signature 1.pngUser Gabrielwoj Signature 2.png - User Gabrielwoj Signature 3.png 19:27, 17 March 2015 (PDT)

So the files linked there are SFM only. I don't have disk space to install SFM, so I can't work on converting them myself. There's an additional barrier of how to recompile the soldier model. If you're willing to tackle both of these problems (I've put in a few hours, no forward progress) and can post to me a recompiled soldier model with the animation, I'll gladly redo the images.
Alternately, if you've got an animation/frame you prefer, tell me. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 19:30, 17 March 2015 (PDT)
Well, I have not found anywhere the animations, the pack from the Scream Fortress 2014 and the old files I have extracted do not contain the pose. However, I got some better frames:
First one: [2] - Simple, however, not really in a stand pose (I haven't enabled rockets bodygroup there);
Second one: [3] - Good pose and simple.
Third one: [4] - Better of all three, however, he is holding the Shotgun, not really his weapon specifically for him, which is the Rocket Launcher.
These are my suggestions. I tried making him running, but it wasn't really appealing. My guess would be for the third one, but the problem that he is not holing his special weapon. Let me know if you want another pose suggestion. User Gabrielwoj Signature 1.pngUser Gabrielwoj Signature 2.png - User Gabrielwoj Signature 3.png 19:58, 17 March 2015 (PDT)
All other characters hold their primary weapon (Exception: Spy - Knife, Medic - Medigun, Engineer - Wrench). I'd rather him hold the rocket launcher, the iconic weapon. Second pose has clipping, which is not visible in the class selection window but easily visible in a 3d model. You seem to have two animations loaded for the first pose, are you blending them or not? Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 20:23, 17 March 2015 (PDT)
I do have two animations indeed. HLMV supports various animations, for special cases such as reloading weapons. I'm not sure if the 3D Model script supports that, however. I do not have Source Filmmaker installed, and I have no idea how to get those .dmx files and placing as a .smd animation file. User Gabrielwoj Signature 1.pngUser Gabrielwoj Signature 2.png - User Gabrielwoj Signature 3.png 20:34, 17 March 2015 (PDT)
I wasn't asking how to do it, I was asking for exact values. The script supports whatever you want, given that it can do precise mouse movement/data entry. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 20:46, 17 March 2015 (PDT)
What values? Like rot and trans? That depends really on your monitor resolution, it will affect in-case the resolutions are different. User Gabrielwoj Signature 1.pngUser Gabrielwoj Signature 2.png - User Gabrielwoj Signature 3.png 21:42, 17 March 2015 (PDT)
Exact values for the blending. How much of each animation are you using?
Oddly enough, we only need to render these images once. So it doesn't really matter if I add in a small script to click on the correct frame in animation, rather than doing it by hand/recompiling the model.

3D Soldier Images - Part 2

Hey Darkid, good news. I had the idea yesterday to try find an old animation mod for the Soldier, and hope there was MarketingPoses on them. And... you betcha, I've found an animation mod that includes the MarketingPoses for Soldier. The mod is called [The Samurai Soldier Pack]. I only got the animation files on this pack in order to work. Here is a preview: 6. If needed, I may try finding a Demoman pack and Heavy pack (Scout had an Marketing Pose too), but I don't think we need from these other classes right now. Healing Table Fix

My apologies to bother you, but the table used on the Healing seems to be incorrect in a minor way; the overhealing amount for the Dalokohs Bar + Quick-Fix is 425, not the 450 that the table displays (this is from some play testing I've been doing on various servers with a friend; it's a surprisingly effective combo). From my understanding, the table is of your creation, and far beyond my level of understanding to be able to fix it, so if it would be possible to do so, it would be appreciated if you could fix it for me (as well as anyone else who would want to know such information as well). Thank you, both for your time and your cooperation on the matter. Kajoman (talk) 23:11, 21 June 2015 (PDT)

Hmm, that's a very odd number to have. You're sure there's no warrior's spirit equipped? Regardless, I've updated the table. See if you can understand the change I made. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 23:25, 21 June 2015 (PDT)
No, I double checked today, seems the quick-fix has set overheal values for each and just adds them to whatever the max health is for the class. Unusual, and kind of exploit-like, but interesting.Kajoman (talk) 18:15, 22 June 2015 (PDT)

TF2C Weapons Table

Hey, the reason a custom template on Team Fortress 2 Classic was so the custom weapons in the mod wouldn't be redlinked. Do you have a better way of fixing that? --Dr. Scaphandre (talk) 17:40, 11 September 2015 (PDT)

What's wrong with red links? Also, why not have real pages for them?

Hey, I made this edit some time ago, and I remember having a lot of issues with figuring out how to edit that template so that it would show correctly. Some page like yours, maybe? Cagrimanoka (talk) 11:45, 20 March 2016 (PDT)
My userpage took about 6 months of template work to build, I'm happy to explain how it works if you want something similar. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 11:49, 20 March 2016 (PDT)
It would be pretty good. Cagrimanoka (talk) 11:50, 20 March 2016 (PDT)
Sure, so it starts with a Tabs, which switches between pages. This needs to default to the page you're on, so I use a . Next, you need to transclude each page's content into the template. I also took the liberty of adding in a new [edit] and [purge] button, since the ones on the top won't work properly. Finally, you need to edit each page that you're transcluding into Tabs to transclude Tabs. It's important not to duplicate the content, so you're going to want to use a <noinclude> and <includeonly> to set that up. People also complained about my talk page not being fast to edit, so I ended up doing something a bit more custom (with a fake tabs header), so that it wouldn't aggravate people. I don't know, it's possible that bug has been fixed by mw upgrades. Darkid (Talk | Contribs) 12:00, 20 March 2016 (PDT)
Thanks :) I will use it. (Later, I don't have enough time right now :S) Cagrimanoka (talk) 12:02, 20 March 2016 (PDT)

Shh you saw nothing

Just gonna be snagging your loadout template for my own userpage cause its really great. Yeah, you saw nothing. (Thanks though) Question. Is it possible to make the loadout icons the "Decorated Skin" versions of a weapon? Just wondering cause it'll satisfy my loadout craving. Archrelico "Mexi" 03:22, 24 April 2016 (PDT)

Yes, the backpack item template supports decorated items. What exactly do you want to do? Darkid « TalkContribs » 07:12, 24 April 2016 (PDT)
I want to add some of the new decorated skins into my loadout but some pictures don't show up, such as the Coffin Nail Flamethrower and Autumn Shotgun. Meanwhile others like Sandstone Special Pistol and Shot to Hell Scattergun show up. Any way around this? Archrelico "Mexi" 08:28, 24 April 2016 (PDT)
Some of the images might not be uploaded. If you create a (broken) backpack item on your profile, I can try to fix it, it's hard to talk generics. Darkid « TalkContribs » 08:32, 24 April 2016 (PDT)
So I could just leave a weapon name as a red link on my profile first? Archrelico "Mexi" 08:37, 24 April 2016 (PDT)
Just a weapon name isn't what I was picturing ^_^ use Backpack item (much like I have on mine). Darkid « TalkContribs » 08:38, 24 April 2016 (PDT)

Control Point template question

Hey, I got a question. I need to update the Control Point timing template to have the times for Metalworks, but I have no idea how to work this thing. --User Dr. Scaphandre Golden Ghastly Gibus.png Dr. Scaphandre 15:52, 6 September 2016 (PDT)

You know it always helps if you link to the template... Darkid « TalkContribs » 02:44, 7 September 2016 (PDT)
Template:Control Point Timing/Official Map is what I'm talking about, for it was never updated with Metalworks, so it's table doesn't show up. --User Dr. Scaphandre Golden Ghastly Gibus.png Dr. Scaphandre 05:44, 7 September 2016 (PDT)
The only thing you have to do is get the timings basically. — shots fired by: Nikno {Talk | Contribs} 11:09, 7 September 2016 (PDT)
Yep. The template is terribly designed. The main problem I'm having is I can see the math (AREA# * TEAM# * 2) but I've no idea where it comes from. Darkid « TalkContribs » 16:03, 7 September 2016 (PDT)

Thanks for info about that Availability

Thanks, i dont know why it didnt work its totally same as what i added look: its what Tark did here and here is what i did here its same. I will like to edit all cosmetics from this crates in future but i still dont know how to add strange quality. I think i know how to do it but it doesnt work so far and i dont know if i did something wrong or it will update. so i here https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Template:Dictionary/quad#All-class_items edited Battery Canteen (just one item from Unlocked Cosmetic Crates to see if it works) i made this here but so far Battery Canteen Page hasnt changed at all so i dont know if i should edit rest items for Unlocked crates or should wait to see if it will work. Or i should declare somewhere else 'unlocked cosmetic crate' Edit: ye it didnt work because it was sandbox (facepalm) Pyotoru (talk) 12:03, 16 October 2016 (PDT)

I see both unique and strange on the Battery Canteens page. Quad isn't directly transcluded, you need to wait for WindBOT to update, it usually takes 1-2 hours. Darkid « TalkContribs » 16:26, 16 October 2016 (PDT)

Linux dedicated server

Hi! :)

I saw you removed my link to https://gameservermanagers.com/lgsm/tf2server/ from the Linux_dedicated_server article.

Could we still incorporate that into the article somehow? If I would've found this tool earlier, it would've saved me so much time! I found it through here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD#Linux_Game_Server_Managers

You want proof of the time I could've saved? I'm the person who added most of the Troubleshooting section on 3 September 2012: https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/index.php?title=Linux_dedicated_server&offset=20121012093848&limit=20&action=history :D

Also, most of that section seems to be pretty out of date by now.

Cheers,

Mr. Marlon (talk) 23:49, 16 February 2017 (PST)

I'm not trying to suggest the site is bad, nor that it isn't a faster way to do this. However, the TF2 wiki has a pretty strict policy about community content, so what is basically an ad for a third party site is not ok. I'm glad you were able to contribute to that article, even if it required you to be the one to encounter the issues. In the future, try to use Show Preview and condense your edits down into fewer changes. Darkid « TalkContribs » 07:53, 17 February 2017 (PST)

Demo to Replay

What I am really struggling with is trying to convert a demo to Replay. TidB gave be a link to an old youtube ( TF2 Demo to Replay) that hasn't worked for me yet. I just saw a tool "Replayer", but I am out of time to try anything else this week. Mikado282 (talk) 20:41, 23 April 2017 (PDT)

Please try to keep the discussion in one place; if we do find something, how is someone going to know to check my talk page to find the rest of the conversation?
AFAIK "replays" are an internal demo format, recording a demo isn't the same thing. It is possible to upload a video to youtube then create a replay which points to that youtube video, though I don't recall exactly how. Darkid « TalkContribs » 04:45, 24 April 2017 (PDT)
"Please try to keep the discussion in one place;" I considered the conversion of Demo to Replay to be a separate discussion subject from the discussion of the update of the Recording demos article, otherwise I wouldn't have asked you about it on your talk page. But rereading my last post to the other, I can see I was hinting in that direction. If you think it would be practical to open that as another topic on Help talk:Recording demos then I could do that.
With time I think I can see what more is offered in the Valve Developer Community. Mikado282 (talk) 15:56, 24 April 2017 (PDT)
Is not a huge deal, and yeah, this is a bit of a different topic. I've given my advice; if you have more questions about it then ask me, if not ask on the page. Darkid « TalkContribs » 11:08, 25 April 2017 (PDT)

Invasion Cases, Winter 2016 Case, and Case Bonus Drops

While updating the Unusualifier page I happened to notice that the Confidential Collection Case is currently listed as #96 and the Quarantined Collection Case as #97. However every other site has these around the opposite direction, for example, bp.tf: Quarantined #96 and Confidential #97.

Also during the Jungle Inferno Update the Unlocked Winter 2016 Case was changed from Seriesless to #105.

The Availably Module might need some updates in regards to these, which leads back to Unusualifier. Given the recent addition of the Case Global Bonus Drop system a whole bunch of tools are now available from 17 different cases (and presumably more in the future), perhaps some method of dealing with these more effectively is now needed? - Tasty Salamanders (talk) 08:55, 4 November 2017 (PDT)

The former does not change anything with availability, just be sure to update the avail parameter in the infobox. I don't think the latter has any effect either. If you need a link (from availability) updated, please give me a more concrete example Darkid « TalkContribs » 11:49, 4 November 2017 (PDT)
I updated all the stuff related to the Invasion Cases. However the Unlocked Winter 2016 Case still probably needs the Avail Module update, currently it links to Mann Co. Supply Crate/Seriesless crates#Unlocked Winter 2016 Cosmetic Case when it should link to Mann Co. Supply Crate/Active series#105. Also shouldn't it be standardised from it's current appearance to Uncrate #105 like other crate series? Tasty Salamanders (talk) 19:03, 4 November 2017 (PDT)
Ok, I've fixed it [7]. I'll add it to the list of deprecated parameters, and we can start removing usages elsewhere. Darkid « TalkContribs » 10:18, 5 November 2017 (PST)

Crate Availability Module Returning "Script Error" on Various Pages

On almost a third of the pages I look at, infoboxes show "Script Error" in the availability section. (i.e Federal Casemaker, Gaelic Golf Bag, and Backbiter's Billycock). This seems to randomly occur when the item has multiple crates which it can be unboxed from. Any idea how to fix this? Salty DogInfernalShroom (Talk) 06:06, 30 January 2018 (UTC)

Rotating 3D image script

The python script used for making 3D images is broken, the models don't rotate in HLMV, most likely due to the offsets being changed again? Anyhow, would be nice if you could take a look at it. Backpack Tux.pngVasyaTheWizard 12:43, 3 July 2018 (UTC)

Templates broke.

Hello, I was wondering if you fix the List of Maps and List of Gamemodes templates. They currently cannot sort by date, due to the YMD format being YYYY-MM-DD instead of YYMMDD. If you could fix this, I will probably praise you as lord. Thank you in advance. WhoCores? (talk) 18:39, 19 January 2019 (UTC)

Actually, it's not a bug with the sort key, it's because the sorting method we're using is a legacy method, and since some time ago it requires specifying a sort-type. I've updated the tables with `data-sort-type="text"`, which seems to have fixed it.
I didn't see a list of game modes template, but you should be able to fix it (see my edit to List of Maps)
While you're at it, can you add a release date for cp_cloak? It's probably launch, but it would be good to confirm.

Canadian Dollars in Buy Now Template

Hey there, I know you're busy working on the backpack item module; but when you have the time, could you investigate why the Buy Now template refuses to accept Canadian dollars? I defined them next to USD and before GBP in the Price Format template, and that seems to have taken it well; plus, Canadian prices are already defined in the master Price area under "cad", but I can't for the life of me get the Buy Now template to display anything but an extra slash next to USD when I tried to edit it before. I feel like we should have Canadian prices for the store if we can; Canada is basically the only English-speaking country to not currently be used in the price listings under the English string, and the Steam Wallet edits I did seem to have accepted CAD$ as a shorthand, so I'm not sure what's going on there. -ThatHatGuy (talk) 05:32, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for your suggestions

Greetings, Darkid. At first I should express my gratitude to you, as you provide many suggestions to me in the STS translation review.

I have repeatedly checked the logs to have a more complete understanding of the room where I and other Chinese translators can improve.

The following are some of my problems (from both IRC sublog and STS) and how I regard of them, not excuses.

 • mixing punctuations

I used to found this problem as well and I updated all pages I had created (for example, change "." to "。"). However, because we usually copy the contents from original pages and sometimes directly edit on them, we may miss some punctuations. But I promise other Chinese translators and I will pay more attention on this.

 • bunch of small edits

I must admit it's a problem I will notice every Chinese new translator (and I did) but I do worse than some of them, and I will keep your advice in mind. And personnally, I sometimes do small edits to improve consistency between similar (or same) contents, and sometimes I am just not confident with the translation I made months or days ago.

 • mistakes

For "disguised" and "undisguised" , I should say sorry to those who have read this page, but I promise it wouldn't be a common mistake of mine.

For achivement translation, the names were added to template by former translators and I should have checked it more carefully.

 • to much "br"

I decided to do this because I think it would improve reading experience, and I will remove them if they shouldn't be.

I didn't share the logs with other Chinese editors but have picked some important information to provide them some experience. And here are 2 questions from them which I cannot answer.

 • Someone asked if the sentence "Is the wiki a better place because of what this person did?" means one can't get a wiki cap by merely doing translation work.
 • Someone asked me where and how to join discussions, and I told him one cannot really join a discussion with a purpose not related to the topic, and I am not good at communication either.

In fact, sometimes I do want to join a discussion, but I doubted myself "Will my advice be helpful in a filed I know little?" However, I did enjoy my talks with some users, like TidB, Swood and VasyaTheAngel, they helped me a lot.

At last, many thanks for spending time reading this message, and I hope it wound't be something offensive to leave so much information on your talk page. User Dereko Name.png 04:01, 24 September 2019 (UTC)

I think you have the wrong person, I definitely don't speak zh-hans, and didn't give you a review. Darkid « TalkContribs » 05:24, 24 September 2019 (UTC)
With regards to the points about the actual review, I would say translations make the wiki a better place. Mistranslations do not; that was my point -- I was not trying to discourage you from translating.
Similarly, I would always encourage you to join in discussions, even if your advice isn't useful, it's the best way to learn. Darkid « TalkContribs » 05:42, 24 September 2019 (UTC)

3D viewer

Hello, I've been trying to reach you whether on steam (Overlord S7) or through e-mail but to no avail. I'm an admin in Inkipedia, a wiki about Splatoon (shooters game from Nintendo) and I'm interested to know about the 3D viewer and if I can try to implement a simpler implementation of the 3D viewer to our infoboxes. I saw that you maintained the module so I thought to ask for advice on how to implement it. I'd be happy if you could chat with me through e-mail or discord (Shahar#3810). Thank you! Shahar (talk) 11:41, 29 April 2021 (UTC)

Hey, sorry about that -- I get a lot of adds on steam, so someone with 0 rank and a private profile is usually a spammer :)
The core of the implementation is actually dead simple. If you take a look at, e.g. Scattergun, and use "inspect" (should be available in most major browsers), you'll see this:

<div class="viewer-3d-frame" data-id="0" style="height: 152px; background: url("https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/b/bd/Scattergun_3D.jpg?20180821160906") -11807px 0px no-repeat; left: 25px; top: 64px; width: 197px;"></div>

First and foremost, take a look at the image here: File:Scattergun_3D.jpg. It's actually quite a wide image, containing all of the possible rotations.
Second, take a look at the styling: style="height: 152px; background: url(...) -11807px 0px no-repeat; ..."
All that's happening here is that the image is being shifted and cropped. Essentially, the "3D" image is just a bunch of 2d images all next to each other, and the "3D viewer" is just changing the offset into the main image.
If you look at the contents of Scattergun_3D.jpg, you can see a large list called "map" as the template argument. This is where the actual offsets are stored.
I don't know too much more about the intricacies of the template, but the code to generate the file is here -- though it uses HLMV, sorry, you'll need to hack at it to use a different viewer.
Darkid « TalkContribs » 09:14, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
Hey, thanks for helping me out. I got all the modules, templates, JS and CSS changes to display the 3D viewer with the Minigun (It was similar in design to the Splatlings so I thought it was a good example). I also got one of the Splatoon models into HLMV with partial texture. What I'm stuck at is that I can't get the script to work. I've tried to follow Team Fortress Wiki:3D Models but with no success. Shahar (talk) 14:21, 7 May 2021 (UTC)
Well, as I mentioned, the code was written specifically for HLMV, a valve-based model viewer. If you want it to work with Splatoon, you'll need to change the code which interops with HLMV to talk to your program instead. You'll need to be able to change the weapon's rotation, translation, and the scene background color (to compute transparency).
I can't really help you with the specifics there, since it's going to depend on the model viewing options available to you.
Darkid « TalkContribs » 15:30, 8 May 2021 (UTC)
Hey, I got the script to work but the model doesn't rotate. [Image]. I'm currently on Python 2.7, packages from python 2 and I ran the command setup.py so that wikitools will recognize parts of itself such as wiki, api, page, etc... I'm also worried about getting the offsets for the images without uploading it to TF2 wiki cause Inkipedia doesn't currently have API. Shahar (talk) 18:34, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
I fixed the rotation issue, new version is up on Github. If inkpedia doesn't have an API, you can always just upload it to your sandbox page (User:Shahar/Sandbox). Darkid « TalkContribs » 13:37, 20 May 2021 (UTC)

This. It's in spanish but it says something like "16-bits app incompatible ... Cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows". My specs are Windows 10 Pro 64 bits, 16 GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 3600.

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────The error is "Unsupported 16-Bit Application", and it seems to be a remnant of mingw. I've tried recompiling with g++ instead of gcc -- if that doesn't work I'll need to port the exe to a real compiler, which will take some time. Darkid « TalkContribs » 16:38, 20 May 2021 (UTC)

Template:Item infobox/Sandbox Requested Addition

Hi,

I'm currently prototyping some things on the item infobox sandbox page for use on an experimental page. Essentially, I'd like for it to generate 3D viewer-like buttons that allow you to preview wears on an item if the item type is war paint or warpaint.

It would be great if you could help with this, because I have no idea of how to go about that and don't want to break anything. Thanks. ~ Boba 21:16, 28 October 2021 (UTC)

I don't really have any bandwidth to help develop templates on the wiki. I'm can help debug things if they mostly work, and I'm happy to double-check your work, but I can only offer advice right now.
For example, the 3D viewer uses custom javascript to make the tab switching work (see MediaWiki:Common.js). The main trick would be to support this ask with the least amount of additional javascript, and the least amount of new, complex modules.

Banana Bay/ko

Hi Darkid!

I want to delete the Banana Bay/ko page.

As a member of STS, I can say that page is awful like google trans. The text in korean is not makes sense and some grammar errors in there.

/en

Why does your bot create a list of articles with the prefix /en, if all articles are written without it? Far (talk) 08:12, 13 December 2021 (UTC)

Can you be more specific? It's possible that there is a bug with one of the reports, I did have to make some updates to the scripts to get them working again.
Which report seems to be misbehaving, and how would you expect it to behave? Darkid « TalkContribs » 12:20, 13 December 2021 (UTC)
In the general list of English articles, your bot writes them with the prefix /en. You can see this for yourself by going to Team Fortress Wiki:Reports/All articles/en.Far (talk) 16:21, 13 December 2021 (UTC)
I'm not sure what you mean, when I go to Team Fortress Wiki:Reports/All articles/en I don't see any links which say "/en". The page title says "/en", and I can change that if you want, but the article list itself seems correct.

Mmmph/hu redirect request

Hello! I'm Kevin and I'm one of those fews, who translate the hungarian TF2 wiki, I have question rather a request if I may. Can you have the time to redirect the page, Mmmph/hu to Phlogistinator/hu. I tried to redirect it but I'm not a administator nor moderator on this wiki.

Greetings, Vinzesco (talk) 19:41, 7 January 2022 (UTC)

You should be able to do this yourself, the page is free to edit for anyone and redirects aren't restricted to staff.

"HLMV - Missing Folders Fix" pack has been updated.

Hi. I don't know if you have any plans in using it, but just letting you know that I updated the pack with the latest patch (January 5, 2022 Patch). It was missing several folders from items from latest "major" updates, such as Halloween, Summer and Smissmas updates. Before sending this post, I tried loading some of the new items on HLMV, and none of them had any problems loading (no errors trying to find the directory). Because of the new link structure I have set on Help:HLMV, I don't need to edit the page again everytime I update the pack fix, as the link will directly go to the latest revision on my GitHub repository. Template:QuAD/list

Hello darkid! I don't really understand the template that well but I was trying to add "Halloween Package" and "Halloween Transmute" to the list, and there is a problem. In Template:Dictionary/quad, you can only use "=special" parameter once, and there are actually some items that have two for some reason. For example the Boston Boom-Bringer, this is what happens, only "Unlocked Cosmetic Crate".

There is another problem with the Scream Fortress 2014 items, which already use "scream fortress vi" (Unlocked Creepy Crate + Halloween Gift Cauldron), and would require more "special" parameters (like special2 , special3, special4, etc). Example for the Nugget Noggin cosmetic: unique:

I was thinking to add like a "special2" parameter at first, but I saw this edit on the history and as you said: "it would force quad to have ordering, which leads to user errors.". So, is there another way to add more "special" parameters? Thanks! Mgpt (talk) 23:58, 4 February 2022 (UTC)

I'm not honestly sure why we use special over just adding parameters to the top-level list. Feel free to sandbox your changes and I can take a look before you push them.
Darkid « TalkContribs » 00:43, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
This edit is similiar of what I was trying to do, then I saw your comment and well... it won't work I guess D: Mgpt (talk) 00:58, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
So, I was picturing you could just add another parameter like {unlock} or {promo}. That way you wouldn't need a special2, you'd just put something like . Special was originally for dynamic strings which needed a dictionary lookup -- that has become very muddied.
Originally, it was this:
{{#switch:{}
|unusual=
|botkiller weapons|dueling minigame|pile of ash|pile of curses|polycount pack|quakecon bundle|strange bacon grease={{dictionary/items/{special}
|#default={{dictionary/common strings/{special}}}
}}}}
Anyways, I think we can just add top-level parameters, but I'm not 100% sure and so it would be good if you could sandbox that before changing everything.
Darkid « TalkContribs » 08:51, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
Hello darkid, I added the template to my User:Mgpt/sandbox. Could you check what I need to add? (you can edit the page if you want) Thanks :D Mgpt (talk) 02:45, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
 1. Traditionally, we test out templates on a sandbox page relative to the template, i.e. Template:QuAD/list/Sandbox.
 2. There, you can add whatever you want to change to try and make your scenario work.
 3. Then, you should test out your changes, e.g. go to one of your sandbox pages (User:Mgpt/sandbox) and try using the template as you would in the dictionary, to see what it looks like. Here, you'll invoke the sandboxed template, e.g.
 4. Make changes to the sandboxed template until your sandbox looks like what you want.
 5. If you feel confident in your changes at this point, update the main template. If not, ask me for a review.
Darkid « TalkContribs » 10:34, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
Hi! I made some changes - Template:QuAD/list, I also changed the order to match with the availability text in cosmetic pages. Is it okay? Thanks. Mgpt (talk) 02:42, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Seems fine, just try to avoid making so many changes in the future, it causes wiki lag. Also, watch out for using (), other languages have different parenthesis (notably japanese and chinese). Darkid « TalkContribs » 05:16, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
19:08 <Mgpt> hello Darkid! With my latest edits I added the missing cases to the Quad template and added the Quad/series template, It works, at least for me. Could you take a look at it?

19:11 <@Spacenet> Template:QuAD/list/Sandbox: https://wiki.tf/Template:QuAD/list/Sandbox
19:11 <Mgpt> [Template:QuAD/series]]
19:11 <Mgpt> Template:QuAD/series
19:11 <@Spacenet> Template:QuAD/series: https://wiki.tf/Template:QuAD/series
I can look again but not this weekend Darkid « TalkContribs » 03:04, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
 1. should be a dictionary string. There's no reason to make a separate template for it.
 2. I would recommend keeping the direct dictionary invocations () for performance reasons.
 3. Be careful with strings like Select Reserve Mann Co. Supply Crate . Not every language will want the words in this order. You may consider making the QuAD/series string take a second parameter, e.g. , so that each language can customize the order if needed.
 4. I would recommend putting the "Series 60" text in parenthesis. Compare:
Select Reserve Mann Co. Supply Crate Series 60
Select Reserve Mann Co. Supply Crate (Series 60)
5.Can you please put in some noinclude section headers to make future editing easier? Ala the dictionary:
-->{{#if:{}|Mann Co. Supply Crate {{QuAD/series|{crate5}}}}}<!--
-->{{#if:{}|Mann Co. Supply Crate {{QuAD/series|{crate6}}}}}<!--
-->{{#if:{}|Mann Co. Supply Crate {{QuAD/series|{crate7}}}}}<noinclude>
## Crate series
</noinclude>{{#if:{}|Festive Winter Crate}}<!--
-->{{#if:{}|Refreshing Summer Cooler}}<!--
Darkid « TalkContribs » 20:22, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
Hello, I created the string and added it to the template, could you check? About adding the parenthesis, the official name is Mann Co. Supply Crate Series #123 so I think we should keep how it is. Thank you for all the help :D Mgpt (talk) 02:21, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
The template looks reasonable, I would just remove the 1= and 2= and just write Template:Dictionary/common strings/crate-series
I agree with your point about (4), feel free to leave out the parenthesis.
Also, it looks like my suggestion for (5) doesn't work, so you can take those back out again. Sorry :/
Darkid « TalkContribs » 04:13, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
I removed them and added the new string to the crate parameters, Edit 1 Edit 2. Everything seems to work :D I also removed the "lc" from gift parameter (not needed right?) and replaced default "case" with Mgpt (talk) 02:03, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
was being used because of a direct dictionary call. I've reinstated those calls where it makes sense, although it does make the template less readable. Once you've deployed the changes we can reevaluate the template cost (for things like the hat avail table).
Overall, looks good to me. If you have the time, can you also investigate why two of the qualities are causing template redlinks?
winter 2016 cosmetic crate and bioshock infinite season pass are somewhere in the quad dictionary, but the strings don't exist anymore.

Style Guide/ru

Hi there! I've noticed that you moved the russian translations for the FAQ and Wiki Cap guidelines under the main namespace back in April.

I was recently approached by a /ru member, who told me that translations of this kind were removed a few years ago, in compliance with some unbeknown-to-me decision.

By any chance, as of now, can the localized version of the Style guide be moved back in as well?

Untranslated Templates Specification Possibility?

Hi there, you(r bot) created this list: 368 templates missing German translation ;; this is nice, but it isn't as helpful for me as at seems. ; f.e. Template:Backpack item has 35928 uses and is missing 1 translation <- i cant find the specific place where the translation is missing, cause these templates are complex and big and if i scroll through them i can easily miss it. Since your bot knows there is something missing can't it mark the general/specific area and make a note in the untranslated template report? This would help every language a lot and make the templates very accurate and complete very fast. Thanks for any feedback. Magicalpony (talk) 14:20, 23 July 2022 (UTC)

Should be better now. Thanks for the suggestion! Darkid « TalkContribs » 18:05, 13 August 2022 (UTC)

Broken weapon preview template?

It seems like the template for the weapon previews on pages appears to be broken.

Like the 2D images are supposed to have both RED and BLU variants that you can toggle, but for some reason it only shows the RED image, causing the BLU images to go completely unused.

If you could look into this and hopefully fix it, that'd be pretty swell of you

Thanks.--ShadowMan44 (talk) 23:15, 8 September 2022 (UTC)

3D Models Script

Hi. I'm posting this to your Talkpage so you probably will get notified on your e-mail or something. I recently made this topic on the 3D Models page regarding using the script under Windows 10 64bits. It seems that it's not possible to run the script using a 64bits Operational System due to the usage of mem.exe. I would like to know if the program would work under a Virtual Machine of Windows 10 32bits, so I could try that instead. I have Python 3.9 installed, but I'm mostly sure the wikitools and poster is only needed to automate uploading process, and not the actual 3D preview itself. Even so, I don't think mem.exe would open even if I had Python 2.x installed. Team Color Infobox for Community MVM Tour Medals

Community MVM tours are beginning to utilize custom painted medals with team colors. The default item infobox doesn't flow well on a page describing an entire campaign rather than a single item, however; so what I would like to have happen is to extract the team color section of the item infobox, exactly the way it currently is, and have it be a separate template I could use in the Rewards section of operation pages, to showcase custom team colors on their own.

As per your instruction, I've began a sandbox page as a rough idea of what I want: I'd like for this infobox to retain the team color functionality it has at the moment, but remove the need for a header image, and all the things from Basic Information down. When it's finished, I would like it to begin with RED and BLU headers, and showcase the team color images alone, sort of like this, and of course, continuing down to showcase them all.

Team color images already exist for these medals, as partially used in the example, as well as all existing medals that utilize custom team colors so far. They can be easily redirected to suit the team color infobox. That part isn't a problem; I just need the template, and I can take things from there. — User ThatHatGuy Signature Icon.png User ThatHatGuy Signature Talk.png User ThatHatGuy Signature Contribs.png 04:28, 14 October 2022 (UTC)

Okay, so I'd recommend using inspect element to figure out which html tags you want to keep -- and then deleting the others from the template. I'm happy to check your work but don't have much time to spend right now, sadly. Darkid « TalkContribs » 04:42, 14 October 2022 (UTC)
