Overall Changes
  • Random critical hits are now disabled by default.
  • Weapons with no random crits still cannot randomly crit even if random critical hits are enabled
  • Holster speed bonuses now apply as soon as the weapon is fully deployed
  • Weapons with holster speed penalties now also have an unskippable animation
  • The end of the firing interval is used to calculate the next firing interval if the time of fire is less than a tick after the end of the firing interval
