The Tomb Wrapper is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a blood-stained bandage wrapped around the Scout's right upper arm.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Tomb Raider on Steam before March 12th, 2013.
The Tomb Wrapper was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
