Suggestions of Concepts for Item templates

Hi there. I've noticed that some issues with item templates:

1. Since most of items have a header indicating the Update they were added to the game, I think promos that were added to the game in different patches should have different headers, even if both are "Promotional". That would make clear they were added in different Patches.

2. The List of All class Cosmetics includes Tournament Medals as "Promotional". I think they should have the header "Competitive" linking to "Competitive play", OR the actual name of the Tournament.

3. The items added at the June 3, 2013 patch (Bacteria Bonnet, Breather Bag & Weather Master) have the header "Promotional". They weren't Promotional items. Maybe they should have the header "Adult Swim" or "Mann Co. Store" instead.ReviewerRandom (talk) 13:55, 14 June 2013 (PDT)

Dadliest Catch

State of the page

Why is it, that the other class cosmetic pages are collapsed but this one is uncollapsed. I tried tampering with it, i saw there was an override, I tried to disbale it myself, it was left unchanged for some reason. There is most likely a reason its not collapsed as whoever made it set it not to. I don't really think its THAT big of an issue honestly. Ashes (talk) 13:54, 22 December 2014 (PST)

New all class cosmetics

Recently around January 26th (i think) valve made a bunch of hats all class, some include : the dead of night, the breakneck baggies, and the cotton head. if somebody could please add these (im too stupid) that'll be great. SwampFox (talk) 11:49, 9 March 2016 (PST)

Well-Rounded Rifleman (added)

I was looking through the list of items I noticed that the Well-Rounded Rifleman is missing, even though it was only recently changed (11/5/2016 patch) by Valve to be all class. Cotton Head Missing

Crosslinker's Coil missing in All-Class list

The all-class cosmetic Crosslinker's Coil is missing in the all-class list. I know it came out after the Robotic Boogaloo update and before the Second Workshop Content Pack, but I'm not sure how to insert it into the table without having it break. Moving event/tournament medals to a different table or page

As there is a lot of medals and badges from different events, tournaments, and competitions, would there be support for moving medals to a separate table or page, such as Tournament Medal, to separate them from the "real" cosmetic items? I like the idea and am in favor of it, usually when people look for "all-class cosmetic", they aren't looking for medals. If they ARE looking for tournament medals, chances are that they're just gonna be looking for "Tournament medal" and end up on Tournament Medal GrampaSwood (talk) 12:16, 28 May 2019 (UTC)

They definitely feel out of place the way the are currently, as you said they're not "real" cosmetics. I suppose there could be a page for Community Event Medals, which itself could contain different tables for Competetive medals, Charity event medals and so on. --Tairuu (talk) 14:57, 3 June 2019 (UTC)

Some recent items are missing from the table

Hi, I've noticed that some items, such as the Operation Madness vs Machines medals, as well recent Tournament Medals (such as Cap that Cup medals), are currently missing on the table. If someone could please add them properly on the table, it'd be nice. Thanks. - ▪ - 12:16, 6 July 2019 (UTC)

Separating cosmetics from medals

Moving medals to another page would be better for readers that are looking only for cosmetics. However, medals like the Mercenary can stay · Ashe (talk) 04:57, 9 April 2022 (UTC)
