The Spin-to-Win is a community-created special taunt for the Scout.
When activated through the taunts menu, the Scout pulls out a team-colored "DEAD END" sign with ("DEAD END" erased and) "This way!" written on it and quickly spins it around, periodically spinning it around himself while saying some lines.
