It is part of the second Downloadable Content for Team Fortress, Holiday Pack, after the Quakecon Bundle. The promotion, like the Quakecon Bundle, will be temporary.
Its current price is $19.99, until January 5th, being -33% of its original price, $29.99.
The item is included free of extra charge in the Valve Complete Pack for $49.99. It also comes alongside the Antlers and the Reindoonicorn.
