The Sandvich Safe is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a team-colored metal lunch box, which replaces the hip pouch on the Heavy's belt. The logo for the player's current team (RED or BLU) is visible on the front of the item.
The Sandvich Safe was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Notes
- This item cannot be worn with the Gift Bringer, despite both items having different equip regions.
Unused content
- The Sandvich Safe is set up with the ability to have decals applied to it, but the ability to do so is disabled.
