The Samson Skewer is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a knife similar to the Bowie knife used by Brock Samson from the Adult Swim show The Venture Bros., worn on the back of the Heavy's belt.
This cosmetic item has two styles which vary where on the belt the knife is positioned, "Menacing" and "Threatening". The "Threatening" style makes the knife hang lower.
This item is obtainable by completing the Achievement Orb 'n' Legends in the game Poker Night 2. As of September 12, 2018, the game has been removed from sale. However, any owners may still obtain its promotional items.[1]
