The Russian Rocketeer is a promotional cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a jetpack that top part swings while the Pyro is in motion. The top laser gun part, star, and two box components are team-colored while the jet of fire produced at the bottom always remains blue.
The Russian Rocketeer was awarded to players in the Genuine quality who pre-ordered Awesomenauts on Steam before September 5, 2012.
