The Quadwrangler is a promotional miscellaneous item for the Medic. It is a device attached to the back of the Medic's right hand with three team-colored and glowing vials equipped with a jiggleboned tube that flows to a plug embedded in his upper arm. It also changes the collar of the Medic's normal lab coat, giving him a much larger cowl-like collar, along with a turtle neck-like addition to his shirt.
This item is awarded in genuine quality to players who pre-purchase Quantum Conundrum on Steam before June 21st, 2012.

Notes
- The backpack icon differs to the in-game model slightly, the clothing worn underneath medic's coat is depicted as going all the way around his neck, but the model has only the piece at the front.
Trivia
- The Quadwrangler started as an Engineer hand item. However, the development team thought the Medic lacked many good items, and decided to make the item for him. [1]
- According to the development team, the Quadwrangler, along with the Atomic Accolade and Professor's Pineapple, took approximately 8 days to make, from conception to submission.[2]
- The Quadwrangler's name comes from the protagonist's uncle in Quantum Conundrum, who is named Professor Fitz Quadwrangle, and wears a coat similar to the item.[3]
