Not to be confused with the Wrangler, a secondary weapon for the Engineer.
I am prepared to do whatever it takes!
The Medic on enhancing his shooting arm

The Quadwrangler is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a device attached to the back of the Medic's right hand with three team-colored and glowing vials equipped with a jiggleboned tube that flows to a plug embedded in his upper arm. It also changes the collar of the Medic's normal lab coat, giving him a much larger cowl-like collar and revealing the collar of a team-colored turtle neck sweater.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Quantum Conundrum on Steam before June 21, 2012.

  • The Quadwrangler's name comes from the protagonist's uncle in Quantum Conundrum, who is named Professor Fitz Quadwrangle, and wears a coat similar to the item.[3]
